I've been seriously slacking in the blogging world, but I figured that WILW would be a lovely way to get back in the swing of things.

I am loving the fall weather that has sprung itself upon DC!

I am loving that my sweet sweet boy will be visiting me tomorrow! I have not seen him in 3 weeks and I miss him terribly!



I am not loving that I have been sick all week so far! I hope that I am all better by tomorrow to head back to work!

I am loving that this weekend is Halloween! I can't wait to see what DC has in store for Halloween because it's my first one here!

I am loving DC! I have been here since September for an internship, and I have fallen in love with this area. The fact that everywhere I turn there is history surrounding me, and not to mention my butt and legs have been loving all the walking I do these days not having a car here!





I am loving the new things I have tried and discovered being down here.. one of them being FRIED GREEN TOMATOES, YUM!!

What I'm Loving Wednesday

Yay, it's already Wednesday!



I am loving that this Friday it is supposed to be in the 70s! (It has been so cold here in Jersey, so the 70's is HUGE for us!) And if that is the case, I plan on walking to the corner and sitting my butt on the beach! :)


I am loving that tonight is my sororities Spring fundraiser, Big Man On Campus! BMOC is a male beauty pageant which is super fun and funny! The guys compete in different categories and are asked questions, and it's always a good laugh! Best of all is all the money that we raise for our Philanthropy, Breast Cancer Awareness and Education



I am loving that tomorrow is St. Patricks Day and I have no classes tomorrow! I will be celebrating my irish heritage with my friends!


I am loving that tonight on American Idol they will be singing songs from the year that the contestants were born! Since this season has such young people, they will most likely be recent songs that I can sing along too which makes me happy! :)


Can't believe the week is already halfway done! The weekend will be here before we know it!

What I'm Loving Wednesday

Linkin up again for What I'm Loving Wednesday!



I went to the movies this week and saw the Adjustment Bureau with Matt Damon. It was a great movie, if you are looking for a good movie to see this should definitely be on your list! It is not only an action movie, but it has quite the love story in it! Not to mention Matt looks lovely as always!


I am Catholic, and today is Ash Wednesday which begins Lent! This means 40 days of no meat on Fridays, and giving something up! I always think this is a nice time of the year to reflect upon our lives and realize the things we take for granted!


My little cousins recently brought me to this new frozen yogurt place called Cups! It is AMAZING!! It is all self serve, you pick the flavors you want and add your own toppings then they weigh it and you enjoy it's goodness! They have some great flavors like dulce de leche, red velvet cake, cake batter, peanut butter, mint, cheesecake and cookies and cream to name a few! Not to mention they have about every kind of topping you could ever dream of!


And as always, I am always loving quotes. I came across this one and it made me smile, always a nice reminder! :)

What I'm Loving Wednesday

This week I am loving a few new things.

I am a Real Housewives addict, and I watch every season religiously! I was super surprised when they bumped the Real Housewives of New York back, and came out with Real Housewives of Miami! Last night was the season premiere on Bravo, and I actually really enjoyed the show. It has a different feeling to it because it is filmed in Miami, and I think it is going to be a very dramatic, yet good season! It is on Tuesdays at 10 on Bravo, if you love the housewives, definitely check it out!



Another tv-related love is yet again another show on Bravo. If you have watched the Real Housewives of New York, then you know who Bethenny is! She had her own show after the RHONY called Bethenny's Getting Married? and now she has a second show called Bethenny Ever After! I am super excited for the premiere of it, looks like it will be just as funny as her other show. Here is a link to a preview clip of the show!



Yesterday was National Margarita Day! I hope that you all celebrated the lovely day, which gave us all an excuse to consume tequila! In case you missed out, I think it'd still be appropriate to celebrate sometime within the week! After a long day of classes yesterday, I had some Skinnygirl Margaritas with my roomies! They are muy deliciouso! If you have never had these, you MUST go and try them! They are from Bethenny, the housewife from above. There is only 37.5 calories per drink - HOW can you resist?! Not to mention they are SO good!



This seems to be like a Bravo/Bethenny themed post, but really the girls products are amazing! I recently purchased her Body by Bethenny DVD! It is amazeballs! It is about 40 minutes of yoga, 10 minutes of strength training, and 5 minutes of butt buster! This DVD really gives you a great full body workout, and you definitely feel it the next day! I love doing this, and try to do it as often as I can! Sometimes it's just too hard to get to the gym with my schedule and this is a great way to get a workout in!

What I'm Loving Wednesday

So this is my first time doing this What I'm Loving Wednesday, but I saw my best L (Sweatpants or Stilettos) do it, so I figured I'd try it!




Here are a few things I am currently *loving*


McDonalds Shamrock Shake's
These little sips of heaven only come around once a year, and today while I was getting my LARGE unsweetened iced tea from McDonalds, I saw that they are back! I will be surely getting one at some point this week. If you love things mint, or mint chocolate chip ice cream, get on this!




Tory Burch Revas
I got these pretties for Christmas, and finally had a chance to wear them (we've been overtaken by snow in Jersey). They are super comfy, and did not disappoint at all! I will definitely be purchasing a pair in a fun color for Spring!

I love this color, I have gotten it a few times this winter season!





The Girl Bible
Ladies, if you have never read this book you must purchase it! It is amazing, life changing, and helps you remember that you deserve to be treated the very best by those silly boys!

Valentines Day.

I hope that you all had a wonderful Valentines Day! My Valentine this year was my roomie/bff/pledge sister M. She got me flowers and a lovely card, and I got her some chocolate. We went out to dinner, had some margaritas and planned out our future lives, and what our future hubbys will be like. It was wonderful, and I truly enjoyed the day!



But of course, I couldn't help come to the end of the day and feel some sort of something that was missing. Today though I suppose is one day it's okay to be a sap and wish you had someone. But then I remembered that being single isn't all that bad! And I figured I'd share some wise words from the numero uno single gal, Ms. Carrie Bradshaw.
