I am a big lover of chili! I could eat it on the reg and never get sick of it! I personally am not a huge fan of beef (but I do love me a good burger sometimes) so I wanted to find a turkey chili recipe to try!
I found this recipe online (don't remember where, sorry!) I followed it for the most part but made a few changes.
It's really easy to make! Cook the ground turkey meat in one pan, and sauté the onions & such in the other
I decided to add a red pepper in there as well!
Then you add the other ingredients to the onion mixture (I also added corn because I love corn in chili!)
Add all your spices (you can add more if you want it to have more of a kick)
Finally add the meat and cover it and smell its deliciousness as it cooks!
Recipe says let it simmer for 30 minutes but I let it simmer for about an hour, hour and fifteen minutes!
Added a lil sour cream and some cheese, and voila!
SO delish! :)
